Terms of Service

Welcome to Zhilai CRM. These terms are between you and Shanghai Yundong Information Technology Co., Ltd.. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Zhilai CRM provides CRM SaaS services including lead management, deal management, transaction management, BI analytics, and AI assistance. The free trial lasts 30 days; applications are reviewed by our platform team before access is granted.

2. Accounts & Data

You are responsible for keeping your registration information true and valid. Business data you create in the service belongs to you; we never use your business data for any other purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activities, or attempt to break into or disrupt the normal operation of the system. We may terminate the service for violations.

4. Changes & Termination

Free trial (shared demo environment): the trial lasts 30 days on the Standard edition using shared demo data, which is not isolated between trial users. Access is revoked at expiry and any data you entered during the trial is not retained.

Invited or approved trial tenants: these follow the trial tenant lifecycle — after expiry the account enters a read-only window with data retained for 90 days, during which you can convert to a paid plan at any time to restore access; data is deleted after 90 days.
