Terms of Service

Welcome to Zhilai CRM. These terms are between you and Shanghai Yundong Information Technology Co., Ltd.. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services

Zhilai CRM provides CRM SaaS services including lead management, deal management, transaction management, BI analytics, and AI assistance. The free trial lasts 30 days.

2. Accounts & Data

You are responsible for keeping your registration information true and valid. Business data you create in the service belongs to you; we never use your business data for any other purpose.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the service for unlawful activities, or attempt to break into or disrupt the normal operation of the system. We may terminate the service for violations.

4. Changes & Termination

If a trial expires without conversion to a paid plan, your account enters a locked state with data retained for 90 days; you can convert to a paid plan at any time during this period to restore access.
